3rd Shift Machine Operator

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Candidate will setup, adjust, program and operate Enshu to drill, ream, tap counterbore, etc. on a variety of products and parts.
  • Review drawings, blueprints or job instructions to determine requirements.
  • Locate, position and secure work piece in holding fixture or device and be creative in set-ups.
  • Insert proper tooling, set stops, feeds and speeds and engage controls.
  • Adjust machine as necessary to maintain tolerance requirements. Change tools as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Requires ability to work from drawings, blueprints and job instructions.
  • Use precision measuring instruments, gauges, etc.
  • Experience of up to six months necessary to attain quality and production requirements.
  • Must have the ability to read blue prints and drawings.
  • Must have good mechanical skills.
  • Must have ability to convert blueprints to program logic.

3rd Shift Panel Wire Assembler

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Candidate will perform a variety of duties necessary to assemble and wire electrical panel and controls for a press.
  • Fabricating, installing wiring harnesses, and other electrical components as necessary to prints specifications.
  • Use test devices, meters, scales, and hand tools.
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Applicant must have the ability to read electrical schematics, blue prints, and drawings.
  • Mechanical skills, basic electrical skills, and basic hydraulic knowledge are needed.
  • This position must be able to operate a variety of hand operated power tools

Position: Part-Time Custodian

We are looking for a responsible custodian to maintain and protect our facilities. The appearance of a building reflects on the occupants. It is important for a custodian to be careful and thorough in working, cleaning and tidying the premises.The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role focused on building upkeep. A keen eye for detail and diligence are also imperative in custodial maintenance jobs.

Position: Quality/Safety Manager

This position directs the activities of both Quality and Safety:

Quality - Directly responsible for quality activities and certifications for facility.

Safety - Manage all Safety related issues and coordinate all Safety training.

Quality - Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: 

  • Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
  • Directly responsible for quality activities and certifications for facility.
  • Maintains internal audit functions to meet the requirements of ISO9001:2015 standards as well as all customer specific requirements.
  • Coordinates quality system activities with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, sales, marketing, service and suppliers.
  • Analyzes defect data, facilitates root cause identification, prioritizes and leads corrective action program to maximize rate of process improvement.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating QMS Manual, (policies, procedures, work instructions).
  • Monitor risk management activities.
  • Serve as Management Representative during certification audits
  • Works as member of facility management team to accomplish collective objectives.
  • Perform Receiving, In-Process, and Final Inspection of components and finished product to ensure product quality.
  • Gage Calibration
  • Generates Monthly Staff Reports – DMR’s, Supplier Issue, Part Number Issues, Warranty Trends, First Piece Yield, with associated trends
  • Document Control/Retention
  • Generating/creating procedures/work instructions, as required.
  • Document daily Non-Conforming Product – DMR’s, RMA.s, Corrective Actions,

Safety - Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • This position will include but not be limited to the following:
  • Chair Safety Committee.
  • Maintain Safety Policies and Procedures.
  • Routinely walk through facility monitoring that Safety equipment is being utilized and looking for any safety hazards.
  • Keep up-to-date on OSHA and IOSHA Standards.
  • Schedule and/or perform Safety Training as required.
  • Complete Government and Internal Reports as required.
  • Complete and submit reports for Workers Compensation:
  • Track and schedule pulmonary function studies and respirator physicals for employees as required.
  • Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
  • Prepare Safety Violation Disciplinary notices.
  • Travel as required to attend Safety Training.
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned.
