WABASH MPI offers this complete range of hydraulic injection molding systems for liquid thermoset. These are widely used to mold liquid silicone rubber for applications in the electronics and medical supplies industries. These hydraulic presses are equipped with a vertical hydraulic injection system and heated platens. Separate meter/mix systems can be added to pump resin components from 5 or 55 gallon drums to the injection unit in a 1:1 or variable ratio as needed.
The press comes equipped with a programmable controller, platen temperature controllers, pressure gauge, and "anti tie-down" circuit. A large selection of options are available to enhance performance including meter/mix units, and part removal system.
